In 2019, the Gouffre of Padirac celebrated the 130th anniversary of its discovery. To mark this occasion, collaborated with Clos Triguedina to create its first "130-year old vintage", burying bottles of Probus 2016, 103 metres underground.
Dear visitors, we would like to remind you that the 20th stage of the Tour de France takes place on 23 July. This stage is located in the Lot between Lacapelle-Marival and Rocamadour, about 20 km from the Gouffre de Padirac.

After the Egg Hunt at 103 metres on Sunday 17 April, the second event of the school holidays will take place on the surface.
The Gouffre de Padirac will re-open on Friday 1st April, until 13th November 2022.
COMPULSORY HEALTH PASS FROM 21 JULY
In accordance with the announcements made by the President of the Republic on 12 July, a Health Pass or proof of a negative test less than 48 hours old will be compulsory from 21 July 2021 to visit the Gouffre de Padirac.
Following the success of its first wine experiment initiated to mark the 130th anniversary of its discovery, the Gouffre de Padirac is creating a second Cuvée des 130 ans on 24 September 2021. 600 bottles and 24 magnums of Probus 2017 will improve at 103 metres underground until the summer of 2022.
From 1 July 2021, the Gouffre de Padirac is offering a new VIP tour formula, including a tasting of its 130th Anniversary Cuvée 103 metres underground.

Each year, the Gouffre de Padirac recruits up to 130 seasonal workers over various periods, in the fields of reception, sales, catering, and of course as boat guides.
On October 29, 2020, the Gouffre de Padirac had to close its doors prematurely to the public as a result of the health situation.
