DECONFINEMENT

OF THE 130 YEAR OLD VINTAGE

The Gouffre de Padirac celebrated the 130th anniversary of its discovery in 2019. To mark the occasion, it has teamed up with one of the best winemakers to produce a special cuvée to be aged 103 metres underground.

Thus, more than 500 bottles and magnums of Probus 2016 Clos Triguedina were buried at the foot of the Grand Dome of the Gouffre de Padirac on 12 May 2020, thus benefiting from optimal conditions for ageing: 98% humidity and 13° constant.
